The See Yourself in STEM theme is aimed at encouraging and supporting youth from all backgrounds to pursue STEM careers. Despite representing an increasing portion of the overall workforce, women, people of color, first-generation students, low-income individuals, English language learners, and people with disabilities remain largely underrepresented in STEM fields.

Everyone should be able to see themselves in STEM.

In partnership with Dr. Charmie Curry, WPS Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the WEF See Yourself in STEM Program will help fund impactful initiatives that further the mission of helping more young people see themselves in STEM.
