WEF's 2016 Boston Marathon Charity Runners

WEF is excited to announce that these three individuals have graciously volunteered to train, fundraise and, of course, run the Boston Marathon as our 2016 charity runners:

We are so fortunate to have all 3 of them running on behalf of WEF to further promote educational excellence and innovation in the Wellesley Public Schools!

Most Likely to Succeed: Community Screenings

During November and December of 2015, the Wellesley Public Schools in partnership with the Wellesley Education Foundation held a series of screenings of Most Likely to Succeed, a film which Superintendent Dr. David Lussier describes as “incredibly thought-provoking in its examination of the underlying assumptions that have guided the development of public education in the U.S., as well as its questioning of whether these same assumptions are still relevant today as we prepare our students for a rapidly changing, interconnected world.”
